Verification (KYC)

We require every LuckLeopard casino account to complete know-your-customer verification. You must submit a colour copy of a valid ID card, passport or driving licence showing your full name, date of birth and expiry date, together with a real-time selfie holding the document, and a colour copy of a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months. We accept files in PNG, JPEG or GIF format up to 5 MB, at least 300 dpi, uncropped; we do not accept PDF files. We may suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at LuckLeopard is 20 EUR for every method, including Visa, MiFinity, CASHlib, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin and USDT. Maximum per-transaction limits vary by method, up to 5,000 EUR for supported cryptocurrencies. We process withdrawals only to the account and payment method used for the deposit, and only in the name of the verified account holder. The minimum withdrawal is 100 EUR, with a maximum of 1,000 EUR per transaction, 5,000 EUR per day and 25,000 EUR per calendar month. Wins exceeding 30,000 EUR are paid in monthly instalments, and any amounts above applicable limits remain in your balance for future payouts.

We require every deposit to be wagered three times, or 100% of it staked on sports at odds of 1.50 or higher, before a withdrawal can be requested. We may apply a 10% processing fee on withdrawals of deposits that were not played through.

Wagering contributions differ by game type: slots contribute 100%, virtual and lucky games 50%, table games 20%, and live casino bonuses cannot be wagered on ordinary casino bonuses. Maximum winnings from deposit bonuses are capped according to the bonus percentage, and winnings from free spins, cashback, loyalty bonuses and no-deposit offers are similarly capped as described in our promotional terms.
